This baby. Oh baby. He had my heart and then some. So tiny and beautiful, he was also one of the most docile, laid back newborns I have ever seen! And does he ever have personality to boot. Introducing, the lovely Johnny Mac!
I had the pleasure of meeting little Johnny Mac in my studio in Burlington. After a tiny bit of a rough start, he graced me with his presence at almost 20 days of age. I always recommend newborns be photographed when they are 5-10 days of age. They tend to be super sleepy and curly, which makes the session go by so much quicker and easier (which is always a bonus for my sleep deprived parents). That being said, Johnny was a champ. He slept through most of his session and was super sweet when he was awake, which gave me the opportunity to capture some amazing shots of him in his all his glory. Lots of different setups and colours. And of course, my favourite … some macrolicious closeups!
Mommy and Daddy aren’t too shabby either! Uhhhh …. seriously, how gorgeous are they! Dad looks like Mel Gibson and Mom looks incredible after having a baby! I love how alert Johnny was for this portion of their session! Oh and I saved the BEST for last. The best family portrait ever! You can’t help but smile when you look at this photo right — I have no idea what happened or what I said but that’s what I’m here for! Smiles are free with me baby! ;)
