Naomi | Burlington Photographer | Babies

This is part two of my family session with the Boudreau’s in Burlington — except the focus this time around is on the beautiful Naomi! Although she’s not quite sitting up yet, I wanted to get some indoor shots of baby Naomi sitting up and on her tummy (plus I wanted to practice taking photos with my new D700, which I have to say is one sweet piece of equipment). Naomi was more than willing to model for me again, giving me big smiles and laughs, which melted my heart and soul! And because she was so happy and eager, we took a few more photos outside in the backyard. Under 10 minutes of shooting — that’s how easy it was!

On a side note, I have to tell you all how impressed I am with the D700. I used to work VERY hard to get great looking photos with my Pentax. And while I still love my 200D and will never part with it, I cannot believe how fast and sharp the D700 is! Paired with a 50mm, it’s a dream because it’s sharp and soft where it needs to be (not to mention the 51 autofocus points alone, which make me drool, and the incredible ISO capabilities in low light situations like the first shot below, which was shot at 1600 ISO!).

So, here are a few more photos of the darling Naomi … I just can’t get enough of her! She’s a star!
